Bob Auto Tech is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in San Leandro, CA, as we have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions as a General Repair Technician and a Lube Technician.

Both positions offer flexible scheduling options, with Full-Time positions requiring 40 hours per week and Part-Time positions offering up to 24 hours per week.

(All new hires will work 4-5hrs a day for the first 2 weeks.)
New Hires need to bring their own tools.
Possess basic vehicle knowledge.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Part-Time: Up to 24 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16 per hour (Depending on experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a General Repair Technician.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services.
- Conduct fluid checks and top-offs, including coolant, brake, and power steering fluids.
- Perform tire rotations and inspections.
- Inspect vehicle components for wear and tear, such as belts and hoses.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
